If you’re going to Boston Pizza, do yourself a favor and sit in Haley’s section! She turned a simple night out into an amazing experience. She’s personable, quick, and so positive — even when the restaurant got busy, she handled everything like a pro. Definitely one of the best servers we’ve ever had. 10/10!

Boston Pizza is a great place to come with friends and have a good time over drinks and food. It's also good for watching sports. Their menu is based on items like wings, ribs, burgers, and pizza. I had the ribs and wings plate. It was good.

We had an excellent experience at the Petawawa Boston Pizza, thanks entirely to our waitress, Sylvie. From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She checked in at all the right times without ever being intrusive, made sure our drinks were always full, and handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude. What really stood out was how personable and kind she was—it felt like she truly cared about making our visit enjoyable, not just doing her job. The service was smooth, efficient, and made our meal that much better. Sylvie is a real asset to this location, and we’ll definitely be hoping to have her as our server again. Highly recommend!

Recently we went to the Boston Pizza in Petawawa and had a great experience. The reason for this was our server Kate. She was attentive, kind and her attention to detail was world class. We have been there a few times and she had served us before. She remembered us and that kind of familiarity made me feel seen and appreciated. Kate did such a great job and showed amazing patience with my children. We loved our experience and hope that the next time we decide to visit the Petawawa location again, that Kate is the one taking care of us. Thanks again Kate.

Our waitress Cheryl made our visit such a great experience. She was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, remembered the little details, and made sure our drinks and food were always taken care of. Even during a busy rush, she stayed calm, friendly, and on top of everything. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the meal that much better.
